Unity Game Project: Smoke
A unity game me and my friend Gabe made back in 2018 in 8 weeks. The idea is that you are a warrior whos attack emits clouds of flammable smoke, which can be built up and ignited to explode for damage.
I am responsible for all environmental art assets in this game. This is the first time I have done pixel art and it was for sure an adventure into the unknown.
Title Screen
The Statue where you start your adventure and gains the ability of smoke
Entrance of the town where you encounter your first enemy
The pathway to the bridge, where you learn about falling platforms (standing on it for too long causes the platform to disappear thus killing the player)
The Bridge, where you are forced to be constantly moving around while fighting enemies as the bridge falls apart around you.
First platforming section of the game where you jump between lose platforms to try avoid falling into water
Waterwheel next to the bridge
Another platforming area where are you constantly shot at by archers on the opposite side.
The gate to the final boss. This gate opens after you have defeated all prior areas and will lead you down a path to the final boss
